"Prices were actually fair"
The prices felt fair overall. And I say that because half the time you walk into a place expecting one thing and then suddenly everything costs way more than it should, which is always annoying. But here, it didn’t feel like they were trying to squeeze every last dollar out of you. Reasonable, no big complaints from me

I used 1800flowers.com to send flowers to my aunt, it was straightforward. I wasn’t totally sure at first if I’d have to dig around a lot to find the right delivery date, but the filters made it easy enough. The pages loaded quickly too, which helped. Checkout was simple, and I liked that I could see the total before paying. Overall, I didn’t have to click around forever, so that was nice.

My flowers arrived a little damaged, which was disappointing at first — though these things can happen. I reached out to 1-800-Flowers and they took care of it really quickly. The rep was friendly and didn’t make the whole thing feel like a hassle. They sent a replacement, and it looked so much better. I was definitely upset in the beginning, but the way they handled it turned the experience around for me.

"Card message was perfect"
I ordered flowers for my aunt i was a little nervous the message card would come out wrong or have some awkward typo. But it showed up exactly the way I typed it, no missing words or strange changes. She sent me a picture, and just from the way it looked, I could tell they handled it carefully. It’s a small detail, but it really does matter. I was really happy with the whole experience.

"Flowers were nice, but that box looked suspicious"
The flowers themselves were totally fine and actually looked nice, but the box showed up super dented. Like, I’m not saying someone in the delivery chain has a vendetta against flower boxes, but the evidence was definitely there. Thankfully the flowers survived, so no major complaints, just a little side-eye at whatever happened in transit.

I ordered flowers for my aunt’s birthday and they actually showed up the same day like promised. I was feeling kind of trapped because I waited too long and didn’t have a backup plan if they were late. Thankfully, there were no issues at all and the flowers made it there before dinner.
